I have similar issues to the guy that posted about the L560. I get a fan read error on startup when i start my hackintosh.

Is there any way to fix this, do i need SMCsensors.kext or something like that?

Also is ECEnabler.kwxt conflicting with YogaSMC in any way or is it safe to use both?

As of now i use Acpibattery.kext would u replace this with battery patch or ?
