我看了一下你们的开发文档和开发接口，并未发现有关于调用本地硬编码的相关信息，能说明一下吗？非常感谢

sdk内部有甄别策略，如果检测到是支持硬编码或硬解码时，且配置是开启的(默认)，会尝试使用硬编码或硬解码，失败会恢复软编码或软解码
