Telega Setup

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Emacs: GNU Emacs 29.1 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.20, cairo version 1.16.0)
Features: svg ffmpeg
Telega: telega v0.8.252 (TDLib v1.8.26-b1b33cf) (telega-server v0.8.2)
MELPA: 20240309.1706

Reproducing

  1. send a message with attachment to chatbuf
  2. revoke message (it seems that attachment is not wiped from disk)
  3. send a messge with attachment with same name to same chat from other device
  4. opening attachment in telega opens previous version of file
