The version of OpenSSL here seems outdated. And the one with BP support, was last updated 5 years ago. Can somebody please confirm if this version is required or we use more recent ones? As per my experience, the openssl 1.1.1.1-dev was installed via installation script. It broke my existing openssl and several other stuff. Currently, I am using the latest openssl with openabe and things seem to work fine, though I haven't tested rigorously.

I think a somehow similar issue was discussed in the past. However, I do not know if update mentioned there was done. The official website of zeutro seems down, so I fear that this repo will be left unmaintained.
