Last deleted block remains in the buffer

Summary:

When several blocks are added to the pipeline, then removed. The last block to be deleted remains in the buffer directory.

Expected behavior:

The last block to be removed should be removed from the buffer.

Actual behavior:

The last block to be removed remains in the buffer.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new pipeline
2. Drop more than two blocks in the canvas
3. Delete all the blocks
4. Open the pipeline's buffer
5. Witness the last deleted block remains in the pipeline buffer
