samples: tflite-micro: add REQUIRES_FLOAT_PRINTF

Add `CONFIG_REQUIRES_FLOAT_PRINTF=y` to tflite-micro samples as in the
past the module was using its own `printf` implementation, but now uses
our logging infrastructure.
