Periodic flashing

What happened?

After some time of it not happening, I experience periodic flashing as you can see in the video. This happens per-window (other windows don't necessarily do it when the other one does it) but inter-workspace and inter-tab. When I restart zen browser it does not happen. This has happened to me a couple times over the last few weeks, and I do not know the cause. It does not happen on Firefox as far as I can tell.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
