What happened?

Sorry for the lack of professionalism when reporting this issue but essentially this is the best way I am able to explain this issue. NotebookLM is a google product that allows you to uploads different types of documents and receive an audio explaining the documents and much more. I am using it to revise for a cat. On my Arch Linux machine it crashes after uploading and loading the overview audio in Zen browser (tested this on hyprland so maybe wayland is the issue). This also happens when I am using Firefox on Arch Linux. However when I try this on (Zen Browser optimized version) Windows it successfully uploads the document, creates the audio overview and creates the wav file which I am able to listen to. Here is the link to notebookLM https://notebooklm.google.com/notebook/

Reproducible?

  • I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
