Workspace indicator gets cut off

What happened?

The workspace indicator gets cut off when the sidebar is at it's minimum (not collapsed) width. I think it should shift so it's always in the center of the tab panel.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

Also, the new tab "+" icon and name are misaligned compared to the tabs.
