MacOS compact mode ignores mouse on traffic buttons and collapses the bar

What happened?

When compact mode is enabled with "hide toolbar" selected, the browser ignores the mouse when its on the macos traffic buttons and hides the toolbar, making it impossible to use the traffic lights (unless you are a speedrun god and can manage to click it in time)

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

This might be a related or separate issue but with the side bar collapsed, when it expands on hover, it does not take into consideration the top bar with the window traffic buttons. This, of course, is on macos.
