Some test cases fail under unintended circumstances.
for example:

cannot_split_terminals_vertically_when_active_terminal_is_too_small

Similar case #1959

It seems to be an issue with the Github Action spec. Since it doesn't appear to be a problem with the code, the issue will be closed for now.
