I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I followed all the steps listed in the install guide for linux systems, my rom is correctly named and matches the SHA1 checksum. I don't really understand everything that's being said here as I'm still not very good at a lot of this so some help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't reproduce on my end.
What compiler are you using?
CMake should tell you (-- The CXX compiler identification is GNU 12.2.0) but that part seems to be missing from your log.

I have discovered I didn't have gcc installed. looks like it didn't matter though?
If its supposed to be version 12 then somehow it's using the wrong version.

I opened a PR with a fix, you can try the branch from that, it should fix the issue.
