These actions are reachable by typing 'ctrl-l' 2, 1, or 3 times.

Ah ok, so its just not possible to define custom bindings for them?

oh it is, these are just alternative interfaces

If its possible to override them currently in the keymap.json file, then we can close this.

I guess this issue was originally just about running open default keymap and then searching for scroll cursor center and not finding it there.
