No confirm quit alert when hitting cmd+w with no buffer opened

Summary

When we hit cmd+w with no buffer opened, Zed quits without triggering the quit confirm alert. However, hitting cmd+q does show it correctly.

Steps to trigger the problem:

1. Close all the opened buffers
2. Hit cmd+w

Actual Behavior:

Zed quits with no confirmation

Expected Behavior:

A confirmation alert appears, just like when we hit cmd+q
