Describe the feature

One of the biggest issues for me in Zed right now is that the left file tree panel can't be in "undock" mode, like we can do in RustRover. Basically, I want it to:

• Show on shortcut key.
• Automatically hide when focus is lost (e.g. after getting back to code editor).
• Do not change the width of code panels - be above them. This is crucial, as without it, the code "jumps" and it's very eye hurting long-run.
