It looks like the original author no longer has time or inclination to work on this.

I'd suggest other users to switch to https://github.com/ALescouet/openconnect-gp-okta which is still active.

@zdave if you happen to read this, would you consider transferring maintainership? Thanks.

The main reason I've not been maintaining this is that I no longer use it and have no way of even testing it any more. I've added a README pointing at ALescouet's fork and I'll archive the repo.
