Feature Description

We need an element to state clear the actual version of research data.
DataCite utilized Element ID_15: major_version.minor_version.
Register a new identifier for a major version change.

Old and new versions are connected by 12b RelationType: IsNewVersionOf; IsPreviousVersionOf

Proposed Solution

if still implemented; close issue.
