Task: Alternative wording for "Signup with BonaRes account" in the Upload Tool needed

Task Description

For the future especially if the BonaRes Projects is finished, we still want "external" users to submit datasets to us and publish in the BonaRes Repository. If a user already has an account, he should signup with this. But now, its formulated like "Signup with BonaRes account". It should be more generic.
