Fresh install, I had to manually create the config and the add the Service Provider:

I get this exception being thrown.

ErrorException (E_ERROR)
The Mix manifest does not exist. (View: /var/www/redstone/vendor/encore/redis-manager/resources/views/app.blade.php)

php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Encore\RedisManager\RedisManagerServiceProvider"
