不限制带宽下RTT增大 #49

袁老师，不知您是否碰见过这种情况：
测试razor的时候，在不限制带宽的，rtt在开始的一段时间是正常大概在10ms左右，但是运行一段时间之后rtt会上升到100~300ms，然后持续在这一个阶段，不知什么原因。

是不是网络发生了抖动？不会有这个问题的
