如题，使用之后什么也没发生，不知道哪里出了问题，希望作者大大能够加点什么log信息帮助找到错误原因；配置都没错（照着Readme的配置），输入图片路径enter后，本地文件没有插入MD，云端也没有成功上传图片，且没有任何提示信息。

vs code: v1.11.2
node: v6.5.0
