Should host ttvlolpro.com/filters.txt uBO list for newly added client-side ads/annoying popups.
E.g. pixeltris/TwitchAdSolutions#319

Check if extension can call uBO to auto add filter list?
Create specific label and issue/PR type for filters changes

(Yes this is inspired by zGato's own uBO filter list lol, just that GitHub would be nicer for community contributions)
