Auto wallpaper changer doesn't seem to work for me

Steps to reproduce

I have ticked wallpaper changer and I use local wallpapers option, but except the first time applying new wallpaper doesn't work.
Change interval has been set to the min of 15 minutes.

Expected behavior

New random wallpaper from local library should have applied after the change interval passes.

Actual behavior

Wallpaper remains the same one.
