概要(Summary)

正確にはローカルファイル機能を削除し、オブジェクトストレージ(の最小限必要な機能)を組み込む形になりそう
URLは適当なprefixを割り当てる感じかなぁ...専用prefix切っておけばリダイレクトできそうだし

なぜ必要なのか(Purpose)

ファイルが増えてきた後で対策を検討すると手遅れなケースをよく聞く

自分で実装しますか？(Do you want to implement this feature yourself?)
