Comment Section button and "add a comment" textbox brings you back to the first short you've seen in current session. Doesn't apply to the first short you watch.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Clicking the comment section button brings you all the way up to the first shorts you've seen in the current session. Going back to the same post, clicking the "add a comment" textbox does the same thing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Clicking the comment section or "add a comment" textbox of any shorts after the first shorts you've seen

1. Go to any second short
2. Click comment section button, it's bring you all the way up.

Add a comment bug

1. Same steps as first, but you have to go back to the same short you just opened the comment section of.
2. Clicking "add a comment" sends you back up same as the comment section button earlier.

Expected behavior
comment section should open the comment section of the current short you are viewing.

The "add a comment" textbox should allow you to type your comment on the current short you are viewing.
