Store profile images locally for re-use

A user of Lemma will likely view the same X users on Twitter over and over; downloading those users' profile images to a cache folder and re-using them if the image URL hasn't changed (and perhaps also if the image is less than a week old) should result in a noticeable boost in app performance.

In Options, a list item should allow for the clearing of the cache.
