<h3>Cloud tray service terms</h3>
<p>This Term of Service is updated and effective on April 8, 2020</p>

<p>Thank you for using the cloud tray.By using any of our services, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.We are always changing and improving our services.We might add or remove features, or suspend or stop a service altogether.You may cease to use our services at any time and we may cease to provide the services to you at any time or impose new restrictions on our services at any time.</p>
<p>The terms of Service currently consist of five parts, twenty articles in total.</p>

<h3>1、Use of services</h3>

<li><p>You must use our services to the extent permitted by law.you<strong>Can not be</strong>To engage in any operation that is illegal or detrimental to our interests (including but not limited to) : </p>

<li><strong>Use our service to transmit any illegal content</strong>；</li>
<li><strong>Use our services for any business purpose</strong>；</li>
<li>Use any means to interfere with or disrupt our services;</li>
<li>Capture and edit the network request of cloud tray;</li>
<li>Try to circumvent any restrictions on our services;</li>
<li><strong>Try to use an interface that we did not expose</strong>。</li>

<li><p>In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right (without prior notice or consent) to take the following measures:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Directly delete the offending files;</p>
</li>
<li><p>Permanently banning uploads of specific offending files;</p>
</li>
<li><p>Location and tracking of relevant uploaders and downloaders;</p>
</li>
<li><p>Use technical means to block specific users, including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Restricting certain users from using our services;</li>
<li>Limit the maximum file upload size for a particular user;</li>
<li>Limit the maximum file storage time for a particular user;</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><p>Record the cloud tray system as evidence that the user violates laws and regulations;</p>
</li>
<li><p>Take the necessary legal means to safeguard our interests.</p>
</li>

<li>This site USES the open source Shudong-share program modified and built, whether or not for commercial use.You may not copy or use the derived source code of this site without our authorization.You may not use the cloud Tray service on applications or websites without our authorization.</li>
<li><strong>You should not publish any pirated content.We will remove content suspected of copyright infringement in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and block the accounts of repeated infringers.</strong></li>

<li><p>Our service allows you to upload or download content.You retain ownership of any intellectual property you hold in the content.In short, the content that belongs to you remains yours.</p>

<li><p>According to the Measures on the Administration of Internet Information Services issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the contents you upload to our services shall not contain the following contents (and any content that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China) (without prior notice or consent) :</p>
<ul>
<li>Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution</li>
<li>Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity</li>
<li>Harming the honour and interests of the State</li>
<li>Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity</li>
<li>Sabotaging state religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions</li>
<li>Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability</li>
<li>Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes</li>
<li>Insulting or slandering another person or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of another person</li>
<li>Containing other contents prohibited by laws or administrative regulations</li>
</ul>

<li><p><strong>The relevant users shall be solely liable for any damages or losses incurred by any third party in claiming claims or derived from the uploading and dissemination of the above contents in the cloud tray service by users.In addition, we also reserve the right (without prior notice or consent) to take the measures (in part or in whole) set forth in Section 2, Part I of these Terms of Service, in violation of these Terms of Service.</strong></p>

<h3>4、disclaimer</h3>

<li><p><strong>Any content uploaded or downloaded through the Service shall be subject to the responsibility of the content provider and user for its uploading and use.</strong>As a service platform of information storage space, we cannot control the content transmitted through the service, nor can we comprehensively control the user's use behavior, so we cannot guarantee the legality, correctness, completeness, authenticity or quality of the content;Customer anticipates that it may be exposed to objectionable or inappropriate content while using the Services and agrees that it will use its discretion and assume all risks without relying on our Services.</p>

<li><p><strong>We shall not indemnify or hold users or any third parties liable in any form for any damages arising out of delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the uploading, downloading or storing of the materials.</strong></p>

<li><p>In view of the special nature of the Network Services, Users agree that we have the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the Network Services at any time without notice to users or liability to any user or any third party, but we will, as far as possible, give notice beforehand. </p>
</li>
<li><p>Please understand that we need to regularly or irregularly repair or maintain the platform providing network services or related equipment, and we do not assume any responsibility for any service interruption caused by such circumstances for a short period of time, but we will try our best to give notice in advance. </p>

<li><p>We may change the Service or delete some of its functions at any time for any reason.We may cancel or terminate the service to the User at any time.Our decision to cancel or terminate the Service requires no reason or notice to the user.Once the Service is cancelled, the user's right to use the Service shall terminate immediately.In the event of cancellation or termination of the Service, any information stored by users in the Service may not be recoverable, and we shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.</p>
