做什么不重要，一个开始一个坚持很重要
阶段性的成功只能短暂的炫耀，坚持下去才是资本
开坑要么早早放弃，要么坚持下去
克服焦虑最好的办法是现在开始，深呼吸3分钟，做事，而不是写日记，那样更焦虑
了解自己才能战胜自己
下一个要克服的是工作态度
