Hello Yew Playground maintainers and community,
I am writing to propose a new feature that I believe could enhance the user experience for newcomers to the Yew Playground. Specifically, I suggest adding an ‘Examples’ button to the interface.
Currently, the Yew Playground interface includes ‘Run’ and ‘Share’ buttons. These are incredibly useful, but I believe that an ‘Examples’ button could provide additional value, particularly for those who are new to Yew or Rust and are looking for some inspiration or guidance.
The ‘Examples’ button could open a dropdown menu or a new page with a list of pre-written code examples. Users could select an example to load it into the playground, providing them with a starting point for exploring what’s possible with Yew.
Here’s a mockup of what the button might look like:
I believe this feature would make the playground more accessible and inviting for newcomers, and could also serve as a useful resource for more experienced users looking for specific examples.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this proposal. Thank you for considering my suggestion!
Best regards, Leonardo
