m3u8下载器的简单实现 #141

m3u8视频的下载器写好了，x86的测试镜像，可以通过docker pull wayyoungboy/waym3u8:test获取，默认端口2045，下载的目录为/build_path/video , 建议挂载，然后打开即可http://127.0.0.1:2045/static/

本身基于 https://github.com/orestonce/m3u8d 实现，后来发现也是有gomedia的组成

凑合用的页面，
成功后有个json页面，直接返回上个页面就行，有点丑，不会前端只能这样了。关联项目是这个https://github.com/wayyoungboy/way_m3u8
