Currently, Boost's fetching status is not shown in detail (with a single message of -- Fetching Boost.
-- Fetching Boost.
This makes users "guarded" by the GFW hard to determine whether their internet speed is slow or their computer compile speed is slow.
By set(FETCHCONTENT_QUIET OFF) and turn it back on after boost is fetched, users can view the detailed fetching status.
