[建议]菜单位置调整 #690

很多网站的返回键或下一页是在顶部，但鼠标移动到顶部，就会显示本软件菜单，
现在还需要先关闭了菜单，再点击返回，操作很麻烦，
能不能顶部菜单小一点，或以悬浮球的形式展示，
或是可以拖动位置

同意，建议作者可以把菜单加个快捷键，用快捷键开启，B站我想屏蔽弹幕经常被菜单挡住了，还要先临时禁用菜单才能点到
