消费失败导致canal-php退出，重启后无法继续消费可以如何处理？ #28

在消费一条sql的时候，由于一个错误导致canal-php崩溃退出，重启canal-php后，刚才错误的sql就过去了，相当于没有消费，这种问题怎么处理乃？

调整下，消费成功后再执行ack
