feature request:packet header rewrite

develop such a feature:can rewrite packet source address or destination address and destination port or source port? i mainly want to use this function with xdp-forward to forward packets to a specified server at high speed, or any good ideas?

Custom port rewriting is probably not something we'll add as a stand-alone thing in xdp-forward, but you may be able to achieve what you want with the flowtable offload feature, by installing a suitable netfilter rule...

flowtable can only support state offload, and it must enter the netfilter stack, performance will be greatly reduced, that's why i was born with the idea of stateless high-speed forwarding in XDP.
