在系统指标方面，我们建议监控以下几项：

CPU 负载
网络指标
文件句柄使用量
磁盘空间
磁盘I/O性能
垃圾收集
ZooKeeper
在生产者方面，我们建议监控以下几项：

Batch-size-avg
Compression-rate-avg
Waiting-threads
Buffer-available-bytes
Record-queue-time-max
Record-send-rate
Records-per-request-avg
在消费者方面，我们建议监控以下几项：

Batch-size-avg
Compression-rate-avg
Waiting-threads
Buffer-available-bytes
Record-queue-time-max
Record-send-rate
