Rose gold ingot: combination of gold ingot and copper ingot.

In 0.5.0 I added rose gold ingot and rose gold block.

Instead of combining two ingots, I decided to combine copper ingot with 8 golden nuggets.

In 0.6.0 I added rose gold tools.
