VideoEffect::Cannot render video onto a 1 pixel high model. #4975

Imported a sequence and it has a video on a group of snowflakes. It appears to work as defined but the view log shows

It is Per Model Default - it seems that it is fixed/corrected with Per Model Preview. Is the render buffer really 1 pixel tall for a group using per Model Default? Is this something in my layout or is this an issue?
