Is there an example or any instruction to show how to run the batch of sample points in parallel for real problem which involves lots of file reading and writing. Since GP is designed for expensive problems while most of the expensive problems need to run external (third party) executable programs and they usually require to save the module setup file and simulation file in different directories.
So run use Cornell-MOE in parallel on these problems it might request a unit variable to differenate each function evaluation in one iteration.
Could you please provide some suggestions or instructions on how to do this? Does the current version evaluate the batch samples of one iteration in real parallel?
Thanks,
Xia Wei.
