single-quote characher is getting replaced with &apos in data service call mediator

Description

when we use data service call mediator to invoke a data service and if one of the filed has a value D'Angelo, this is getting inserted into the mssql db as D&aposAngelo.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a data service to insert data into a table.
• Use the data service call mediator to invoke the data service.
• Use D'Angelo as one of the filed value which is getting inserted into the table via the data service call meidator.
