Self registration link is not visible when the identifier first is configured as the first step.

Description

Hi Team,

Please refer the below steps to reproduce the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an application using console.

2. Configure identifier first as the first option in first step (Add an authenticator as second step).

3. Enable the self registration and try login flow.

4. Self registration link is not visible in the identifier first login UI.

5. Add a federated authenticator as second option in the first step(Where the identifier first is the first option).

6. Try the login flow; now the self registration link is visible.
