Is your suggestion related to a missing or misleading document? Please describe.

WRT #21162
The instructions to change the primary keystore etc during the IS hostname changing process should be updated.
Still, https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/next/deploy/change-the-hostname/ docs contains jks type keystore configurations

Describe the improvement

Update the https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/next/deploy/change-the-hostname/ docs with instructions and proper commands to configure PKCS12 keystores
