Unable to edit inbound endpoint in MI Overview

Description

When we create an inbound endpoint and try to access it from MI Overview, we cannot edit the details of the already created inbound endpoint. Instead, it opens the Create New Listener form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an inbound endpoint.
2. Go to MI Overview.
3. Select the inbound endpoint.

Instead of the inbound endpoint design view, the Create New Listener form opens.
