If a BNR (Business Nominated Representative) user has authorized an consent before, and now the permission for that account for him/her is REVOKED, is it ok to show that account ID in that specific consent in consent manager for him/her?

Steps to reproduce:
Go an authorize flow using a nominated representative user
Set permission to that user:accountID combination as REVOKED
Log in to the consent manager portal from that user
Go to the newly created consent
Check the list of account IDs
