[CDS_Toolkit] - Secondary User Consents are not revoking upon the application deletion

Description:
Secondary User Consents are not revoking upon the application deletion.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a secondary Consent.
2. Verify the consent status as Authorised.
3. Delete the application.
4. Verify the consent status.

According to the expected behaviour, the consent status should be changed to "Revoke". But it is still remain as "Authorised".
