Need to update the "Functional Conformance Suite" page with the following configs.

  1. Update Sample discovery.json to support 3.1.11 API.
  2. Update Sample TestData_Configuration.json file with new certs.
  3. Do not remove TokenFilter from the configs.
  4. Explain the keys included in keystore.json file.
  5. Instruct to remove UKJwsResponseHandlingExecutor executor.
  6. Explain how to derive signing_kid in AM deployment.toml.
