Add information about new API versions

Description:

In Tryout Flow, the CDS API version needs to be updated from 1.8.0 to 1.24.0. The new path is wso2-obam-toolkit-cds-1.0.0/repository/resources/apis/consumerdatastandards.org.au/CDSBanking/1.24.0/consumer-data-standards-banking-1.24.0.yaml. Same thing should be done for the Admin API as well.

Also we need to add information about publishing new CDSCommon API wso2-obam-toolkit-cds-1.0.0/repository/resources/apis/consumerdatastandards.org.au/CDSCommon/1.24.0/consumer-data-standards-common-1.24.0.yaml
