BPS configuration guidelines in APIM-3.1.0

Description:

The BPS configuration guidelines in APIM-3.1.0 has some wrong BPS carbon.xml paths. Instead of the correct path <EI_HOME>/wso2/business-process/conf/carbon.xml, it has been documented as <EI_HOME>/conf/carbon.xml.

<EI_HOME>/wso2/business-process/conf/carbon.xml --> denotes the BPS carbon.xml in EI
<EI_HOME>/conf/carbon.xml --> denotes the EI carbon.xml
