Current Limitation

It is observed that, during the APIM-3.2.1 server startup, there are a significant number of file scans occur at the tomcat level. Since the tenant directory is also scanned during this process, it could significantly delay the server startup if a large number of tenants are present in the system.

Suggested Improvement

Remove the additional file scans that occur during the APIM-3.2.1 server startup.
