Proxy configurations for the oauth2 security backends under the endpoint section in an API

Current Limitation

HI Team,

In APIM 4.1.0, there is no feature to configure proxies for the backend OAuth2 security section. Please consider adding a similar feature that is available in APIM 4.0.0.

Suggested Improvement

Please add the same feature where we can add the proxy config for the oauth2 backend config section.
