Configuring a cache capacity and the timeout is important when it comes to tuning.

As of now, there is no way that the capacity can be configured for the gateway token cache capacity. And the timeout is a global configuration for all the caches.

It is ideal if there these two configuration parameters are available for important API Manager caches.
